A residence of which the facade stands the test of time thanks to the use of a natural stone in combination with natural wooden elements
From carriage house to residence
This construction situated in the rue des Atrébates in Etterbeek, near to the Montgomery square, is composed of 10 apartments and 2 underground parking levels operated by a car elevator. The second underground floor is fully occupied by the office building on the opposite side of the garden with access through a private staircase. The current residence is located on the site of the former above ground parking spaces from this office building creating as such a win-win.
